MuyuWorks

Scientific data analysis, R-based statistical modeling, visualization, and reproducible research workflows.

MuyuWorks is the public professional platform of Muyu Gu. The work connects biological questions with measurement, transparent analysis, interpretable figures, and reproducible outputs.

About Muyu

Muyu Gu earned a PhD in Biological Sciences from South Dakota State University in 2025. His doctoral work combined controlled experiments, quantitative phenotyping, R-based analysis, genetic association studies, and research communication.
